Robyn R.'s Story
Life
I love Alaska and have never left. All of my family is still here and we stay pretty close. After high school, I worked 13 years for BP Exploration; 8 of which was on the North Slope working 1 week on/1 week off. After that I took time off to stay home with my kids. I married in 1985 and my husband and I have raised 3 children. In 93 I went back to work running a small appliance repair shop we bought. It kept me too busy at first but now I only work about 15 hours a week so it's not too bad.

In May 2003 my daughter, Page, and her husband Shane, made me a grandma. My greatest joy these days is "hanging out" with my granddaughter, Madison Grace. I never dreamed it would be such fun. Page is due again in October 05 with a boy this time. I can hardly wait.
Debbie Larsh and I still remain the best of friends, even though our busy schedules don't allow us as much time together as I would like. I have kept in touch with quite a few classmates but it is always fun to hear from more. Email me.
